Legal Counsel

The Jasper County Juvenile Attorney handles all legal matters regarding cases heard in juvenile court. These responsibilities range from filing petitions and modifications to litigating cases in Juvenile Court. The juvenile attorney also acts as general counsel to the Court Administrator and Chief Juvenile Officer concerning administrative matters of the Division. The juvenile attorney provides counsel and represents the Chief Juvenile Officer and Deputy Juvenile Officers in all legal matters regarding juveniles.
